The walkers and runners will follow the same, half marathon route, and the cyclists have a choice of following either a 20 mile or 30 mile route which will be fairly similar to that taken by the other groups.
The Triple Challenge will take you from the seafront at Seaford onto the Downs to the North of the town. You will mostly be on footpaths or bridle paths, tracks and minor roads and in places the terrain can be challenging.
Walkers are welcome to bring dogs as long as they are strictly under control and don’t get in the way of runners or cyclists. Children are also welcome to take part in any part of the Triple Challenge, but must be under the constant supervision of an adult through out the event.
You will be provided with a detailed map on the day of the event but if you wish to see an outline of the routes then use the links given below.
Please note that none of the routes go past cafes and pubs, so please take water and any refreshments that you think you may need. En-route there will be at least one water station provided by the Rotary Club.
